Glastonbury Music is about the music created in, and inspired by the town and mystical landscape of Glastonbury, Somerset, UK. The town supports a wealth of performing talent, artists are attracted here by the alternative community and the famous music festival and inspired by the rich mythology and history of the surrounding area.
Festivals
This site is not connected with the famous festival of the same name, which is held in Pilton, about five miles down the road behind a massive security fence, just in case you were wondering. Although it continues to attract people to the town itself, being international in scope, it doesn’t have a lot of space to support local bands. The local music scene is probably better represented at the Sunrise Celebration these days.
